Repair Pricing for Post-Inspection Negotiations
Every inspection also provides the buyer’s agent access to Repair Pricer. This separate service converts findings from the inspection report into localized repair-cost estimates that can assist with post-inspection negotiations.
The report is private to the buyer’s agent. The agent can select a complete report, a summary, or only specific inspection findings. Repair Pricer states that its estimates are adjusted to the property’s ZIP code, human-reviewed, and normally delivered within 24 hours.
