Your Inspector – Mark Hendrix, CPI® My name is Mark Hendrix, and I’m the owner and operator of Your Peace of Mind Home Inspections. As a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®) through InterNACHI® and a Veteran-Owned business, I take great pride in providing honest, detailed, and thorough inspections for every client I serve. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in home repairs, remodeling, and construction, I understand homes from the inside out — not just from an inspector’s point of view, but from a builder’s perspective as well. That experience allows me to recognize issues others might overlook and to explain their impact clearly so you can make confident decisions about your property. I personally conduct every inspection to ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail. Every report includes infrared thermal imaging at no extra cost, providing an added layer of insight into hidden problems such as moisture intrusion, missing insulation, and electrical hot spots.
